How to perform

  1. Set an incline bench and lie face down with the weights hanging below you.
  2. Pull the weights toward your lower ribs while keeping your chest supported.
  3. Lower slowly until your arms are extended without losing shoulder control.

  • Pause at the top if you can maintain position.
