How to perform

  1. Unrack the bar securely and set a stance that lets you balance comfortably.
  2. Brace, bend the knees and hips, and descend while keeping the bar balanced over the mid-foot.
  3. Drive through the floor and stand tall while maintaining your trunk position.

Tips

  • Use a depth you can control with stable foot pressure.
  • Keep the bar path consistent from rep to rep.

  • Knees collapsing inward
